We’re looking for creative Katy Perry inspired costumes to showcase on Katy Perry’s Street Team site and on the Capitol Street Team Facebook, Twitter (@capstreetteam), and Tumblr! Submit a photo of your costume ( to the PROJECT PAGE ) and let us know how it’s Katy Perry inspired (did you get the idea after seeing one of her videos, shows, outfits?)!
