Better late than never is what they say right?! Here’s our belated GRAMMY blog.

EMI Music had a BIG night at the start of February.  Cheli and I had a blast working the door (it’s always amusing turning away wanna-be party crashers) and watching our favorite artists walk the red carpet. We just had to photobomb it at the end of the night ;)

The Crowd: Personally, I geeked out when I saw the Lady A’s and everyone rushing to pop champagne upon arriving.  Alison Sudol from A Fine Frenzy was an absolute sweetheart and stayed all night ‘til the lights came on. The beautiful Katy Perry and Norah Jones mingled on the inside in their own VIP lounges.  Other studs to party the night away included: Kimberly Caldwell, Shannon Leto, Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Sick Puppies, and Priscilla Renea

The Fun: We had three custom Patron mixed drinks made just for the party, FOOD TRUCKS inside the hanger at MILK Studios, and people playing Just Dance 2 all through the night.

All-in-all it was a lonnnng night but an amazing experience :)

New Sick Puppies video for “Maybe”!

Love, love, love this song! Cheli was in the studio when they recorded it, and we’re stoked on how great the video turned out. Congrats Shim, Emma, and Mark :)

FanBlog: Sick Puppies will melt your face off in concert!

Submitted by Katy S:

It’s hard to pinpoint an exact favorite moment with the band, Sick Puppies. Every time I’ve had the opportunity to see them in concert has been memorable, and not to mention, unforgettable. They truly do take the time to make one feel important and that if it weren’t for all their fans in general, they wouldn’t be where they are now. It is one of the many reasons this band gets all of my support that I can dish out as well as the reason I do as much promoting for them that one person is capable of.

With that being said, my most recent “fave moment” would have to be this past July when I seen them live in concert with the band Hurt. They happened to be the headliners this particular night – meaning they were the last band to hit the stage for the evening – and it was only about two weeks after the debut of their latest album, “Tri-Polar”. I was happily singing along to their new music, elated to be rocking out to the new stuff and during one of the songs, Shim took note that I was familiar with the material. He pointed me out in the crowd as he gave me a quick wink and smiled brightly before throwing out the “\m/” sign. It was something little that he didn’t have to do but it sure made me feel special among everyone else standing there. It was almost as if he was proud to see someone singing along to the new tune – just as proud as I was to be there, representing them as an Ambassador from their Official World Crew.

Sounds like a great experience Katy! These three will definitely melt your face off. Here’s a fan submitted picture .. looks like a great time!
